  • Make travel arrangements for high-end clients, ensuring the best possible fares and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, particularly during after-hours requests
  • Stay updated on airline rules, regulations, and travel industry standards to effectively assist clients
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding significant matters and client needs
  • Foster a positive work environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues


What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of travel agency experience, with a strong understanding of the travel industry
  • Proficiency in the Sabre CRS system and experience with Travelport
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel sector
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple complex requests and work with C-level executives
