Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail oriented, full time, Leasing Specialist for our Section 8, multi-family, 180-unit apartment community. This hourly, at-will position has over-all responsibility for prioritizing, assigning, and ensuring the timely and efficient execution of all aspects of Leasing Operations, according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD's) Section 8 and Fair Housing Regulations for Bangor Homes Non-Profit Housing Corporation (aka Bangor Downs).Knowledge of REAC and MOR compliance. Able to utilize our property management software TRACS and RealPage OneSite.
