Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment community
• Manage leasing, renewals, and resident relations
• Ensure compliance with property policies and procedures
• Supervise and support on-site staff
• Monitor budgets and financial performance

Requirements

• Experience in multifamily/property management required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance
• Reliable transportation
