Architectural Project Manager

• Hybrid remote(2 days on jobsite in Stockton)
• Full-Time/Permanent 
• $140k+

This position will lead and manage all aspects of construction administration for a large-scale behavioral health facility, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the build process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Strong construction administration experience
• Revit
• Client communication and project management experience

Plus Skills:

• An architecture license is not required but is a plus
• Building codes, ADA compliance, and healthcare regulations
• Large-scale healthcare or institutional projects

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the design team, contractors, consultants, and client during construction.
• Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings promptly and accurately.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with contract documents.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with contractors and consultants to resolve design and construction issues.
• Track and manage change orders, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with project budget and schedule.
• Maintain detailed construction documentation and ensure timely communication of updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee punch list development and closeout activities, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Uphold building codes, regulatory requirements, and project specifications throughout construction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure lessons learned are captured for future projects.
