As a Service BDC Support Specialist, you will:
Handle inbound service calls, emails, and online appointment requests
Make outbound follow-up calls for maintenance reminders, declined services, and upcoming appointments
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with advisors
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
Deliver excellent communication to support customer satisfaction
Assist the service department by driving consistent customer engagement and organization
Friendly, motivated individuals with strong customer-service skills
Clear and professional communicators
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Strong organizational and computer/navigation skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license preferred
