Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Liverpool, New York. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for someone with a strong background in business processes and documentation. The role involves analyzing and improving workflows to ensure optimal performance across various projects.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Create detailed documentation outlining workflows, business requirements, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate project requirements.
• Design and implement business process models to support organizational goals.
• Review existing documentation and update it to reflect current processes and standards.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business planning and control mechanisms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to communicate findings and proposed solutions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Support the development of strategies to streamline business operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Experience in business process design and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in business planning and control methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with tools and software for documentation and process modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
