FutureSight is hiring an experienced and visionary Founding CEO to lead the launch of a new AI Voice receptionist and admin agent specialized for Dental Clinics. Today, many dental clinics are running short on resources to serve their patients with empathy and care, and are also missing out on new patients who cant speak to a caring front office when they need attention. The result is a gap in care, which leads to burnout for the clinic staff, and frustration for the patient.

Our venture is here to give superpowers to the best dental care teams. Our instinct is not to replace the team; we are here to supercharge their ability to provide comfort, care, and reassurance at scale.

As a Founding CEO, youll shape the vision, build the team, and lead this transformation and put your stake in the ground as a visionary who can supercharge the human touch with technology in a billion-dollar market with the opportunity to expand to adjacent segments.

As Founding CEO, you will

• Win customers Run pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention + expansion.
• Build the product Work with FutureSights product/engineering pod to launch V1.
• Raise capital Lead the seed round with our initial investment.
• Build your team Hire your founding team and set the cultural foundation.

What You Bring

• Previous founding experience You have cofounded a product company or B2B SaaS venture or have been at a venturebacked company.

• GTM chops Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Fundraising fluency Able to craft investor narratives and close capital; wellnetworked in fintech and earlystage communities.

• Industry experience Background in dental practice and an understanding of the inner workings of the dental industry, including distribution models.

What You Can Expect

• Daily active engagement with our team to: launch initial product, achieve initial market traction and prepare for seed fundraise.
• Full P/L ownership of the new entity.
• A significant equity stake in the business.
• This is a fulltime role; we are looking for someone to commit fulltime and exclusively to building and owning a new SaaS venture.
