Construction Superintendent – Heavy Civil / Sitework / Utilities

Location: Philadelphia Metro / South Jersey / Lawrenceville, NJ

Pay: $115,000–$135,000 base + vehicle allowance + benefits

A leading civil contractor is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to manage field operations for sitework, grading, concrete, asphalt, and underground utility projects throughout the Philadelphia and Central/South Jersey region.

This is a local leadership role with no travel — perfect for experienced superintendents who take ownership of results, run safe and efficient jobsites, and want long-term growth with a stable contractor.

• Lead day-to-day field operations on multiple civil and site development projects
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and equipment to maintain profitability
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors
• Maintain compliance with permits, codes, and local regulations
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for all project stakeholders

• 5–10+ years in heavy civil, sitework, or utility construction supervision
• Strong technical knowledge of earthwork, grading, and stormwater systems
• Proven success delivering $1M–$3M infrastructure or site projects
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
• Must live within commuting distance of Philadelphia, South Jersey, or Lawrenceville, NJ

• Competitive salary: $115K–$135K base + vehicle allowance + fuel card
