As a Crew Person, you may be responsible for:

Greeting customers with a smile

Taking accurate food orders

Preparing all of McDonalds World Famous food

Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift

Restaurant Cleanliness

Ensuring items are well stocked

All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest. Cashier, Drive-Thru Team, general Customer Service, Server, Cook, Prep Line, cleaning and stocking are some of the different responsibilities you could have at the restaurant.
