Role Overview:
We are seeking a smart, organized, and tech-curious individual to own and manage our next-generation website and digital marketing platform.

This role will serve as the internal owner of our website, content, and marketing systems — working closely with external development and AI partners — and ensuring our digital presence continues to grow, evolve, and perform.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants hands-on exposure to modern websites, AI tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing , and who wants to grow with a successful, established company.

Key Responsibilities:
Website & Platform Ownership:

• Own the day-to-day management of our website platform (CMS).
• Add, edit, and organize products, services, and project content.
• Ensure content is accurate, structured, and up to date.
• Coordinate new pages, features, and updates with our agency partner.

Content Management:

• Manage content creation workflows (AI-assisted + human review).
• Load and format content into the website.
• Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and branding.
• Assist with SEO-friendly page updates.

AI & Platform Coordination:

• Understand and manage AI-enabled features (search, recommendations, analytics).
• Work with vendors to tune and improve AI tools over time.
• Monitor performance and flag issues or opportunities.

HubSpot CRM & Marketing Systems:

• Manage HubSpot forms, workflows, and basic automation.
• Ensure leads are captured, routed, and tracked properly.
• Coordinate email templates and basic nurture flows.
• Maintain clean data and reporting dashboards.

Quality, Compliance & Performance:

• Ensure ADA/WCAG accessibility standards are followed.
• Perform QA checks on new content and pages.
• Monitor site performance, mobile usability, and basic analytics.

Who We’re Looking For: This role is ideal for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Curious about technology, AI, and digital platforms.
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems.
• Confident communicating with external vendors.
• Not afraid to “own” something end-to-end.

Preferred Background (Not All Required):

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or similar).
• Familiarity with websites or CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.).
• Basic understanding of:
  • SEO
  • Content management
  • Analytics
  • CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)
• Strong written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn AI tools and workflows.
• No coding required.
• No design background required.
• No prior AI experience required (training provided).
  
  

Compensation & Growth:

• Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 (based on experience).
