Total Package: Annual Salary of 50,000 Basic + 5,000 Car Allowance OR Company Car + 70% Profits as Dividends (OTE up to 100k).
Welcome Bonus of 20,000 paid in year one direct applicants only

You are the heartbeat of your growing business, you will serve your community, and you will create a lasting asset for your family. Essentially, you can look after your customers and take care of your teams, while we look after you.

Partners are A shareholders in charge of the day-to-day running of the business. In this field-based role, you\'ll work within a specific territory, visiting customers in their homes. Youll be responsible for growing your customer base, building a dedicated team, and delivering excellent service. Depending on your territory, the provision could include NHS and private services including screenings, full testing, fittings and aftercare, and microsuction wax removal services.
