Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking Assemblers, Electrical or Electrical Mechanical Assemblers to join their team in Appleton, WI. As an Electrical or Mechanical Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler, Electrical Assembler or Electrical - Mechanical Assemblers

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $21.00 - 25.00 ++ / Hour (based on experience)

Shift: 2nd shift: Monday to Thursday 2:25pm to 12:55am; 3rd shift: Monday to Thursday 9:30pm to 8:00am

What's the Job?

• Interpret engineering drawings to assemble, rebuild, and repair electrical and mechanical components of machinery.
• Set up and operate power tools and hand tools to assemble components and systems.
• Connect components, route wires, and verify alignment and tolerances using measuring instruments.
• Test equipment using hydro-testing and other testing procedures to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering personnel to implement changes and update print packages.

What's Needed?

• Technical training in mechanical assembly and/or electrical systems preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and utilize power tools effectively.
• Mechanically inclined with quick learning ability in electrical or mechanical skills.
• Proficiency with business systems such as ERP, Microsoft, and ADP applications.
• Tools required to perform work, with safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
