Electrician – Residential & Low-Voltage Systems
Location: Southwest Florida
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $15.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience) + incentives

Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Electrician who is capable of completing residential and light commercial electrical jobs — both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical work , with the ability to assist on low-voltage and A/V system installations when needed.
Experience in home automation, networking, or audio/video wiring is a plus , but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical installations, service, maintenance, and retrofit work
Run, label, and terminate low-voltage wiring for automation and A/V systems
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and low-voltage systems
Work collaboratively with A/V technicians to integrate power and control systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of residential or commercial electrical experience (preferred)
Knowledge of NEC codes, safety standards, and best practices
Experience with low-voltage wiring, cabling, or control systems (a plus)
Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and wiring diagrams
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required
Must be able to pass a drug screening — we maintain a drug-free workplace
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday
8-hour shifts
Weekends and holidays off
Flexibility for special projects when required
