Engineering Manager

Garland, TX $140-$195,000/yr

Position Overview
The Engineering Manager will lead and oversee engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The role involves managing a team of engineers, coordinating project activities, and collaborating with other departments to achieve optimal project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers in the execution of projects.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee CAD design and engineering processes to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Coordinate with project engineering teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage capital equipment and capital projects effectively to meet organizational objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering staff and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project engineering and management.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and its applications.
• Experience in capital equipment management and capital projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to 75% Travel in US and Canada
