Position Summary: The Esthetician provides high quality services for clients such as facials, sugaring, waxing, body treatments, and brow & lash services.

Essential Job Functions 

• Ensures Outstanding customer service at all times. 
• Maintains a friendly, professional, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, acne treatment, skin exfoliation and peels, spray tanning, hair removal, and makeup application.
• Provide hair removal services through waxing & sugaring.
• Maintain a sanitary and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand skincare concerns and goals.
• Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding appointments and client concerns in a timely fashion.
• Resolves client issues, complaints, and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell products and services.
• Possess in-dept knowledge of product ingredients, benefits, and potential side effects for informed recommendations.
• Completes cash transactions and maintains full responsibility for personal bank.
• Keeps state license and certifications as current.

Experience and Education:  

2 + years’ of esthetician experience

Minimum of two years of experience in a spa or resort setting preferred

State Board Esthetician License

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
