Forklift Operator — Williston, VT
Day Shift | Weekly Pay | Overtime Available

What You’ll Do
· Safely operate sit-down, propane forklifts to move bales and materials (no pallets).
· Work indoors (about 95% of the time).
· Track and move materials accurately. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly. Help the team hit daily goals and jump in where needed.
· Inspect equipment daily and report issues before they become problems. If you enjoy it and have the skills, help support the mechanical team (optional) for even more OT.
Schedule
· Monday–Friday | ~6:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM
· Plenty of overtime available
What We’re Looking For
· High school diploma or GED.
· MUST HAVE Forklift experience in a warehouse or industrial setting.
· Comfortable with safety checks and basic equipment care.
· Must be able to pass a basic drug screen, physical, and background check.
· BIG PLUS (but not required): mention ANY experience with Bobcats, balers, skid steers, or bucket loaders.

· Starting pay between $18 – $22/hour, depending on experience, paid weekly.
