Pay & Scheduling

• Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
• Earn up to $18.00 per hour for individuals willing to commit to 40 hours per week , based on availability and experience
• Flexible scheduling options available, ranging from 20 to 45 hours per week
• Shift lengths vary from 2 to 8 hours
• Paid training provided

What You’ll Do

As a SCHAS caregiver, you will help clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes by:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Preparing meals and providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring and reporting changes in a client’s condition
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and caring home environment

What You Need

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• A compassionate, dependable attitude and desire to help others
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Auto insurance with at least $50,000 liability coverage
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Prior caregiving experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right candidate
