Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up with internet and phone leads
• Prospect to data base on a daily basis
• Demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of vehicles to potential buyers
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and needs
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing, and promotions
• Process paperwork, including contracts, financing, and trade-in evaluations
• Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business
• Inbound calls/Outbound follow up calls
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and inventory updates

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and high level of motivation to achieve sales goals
• Proficiency in using sales software and MS Office applications
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
