Job Description

• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers and switches);
• Assist in network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations;
• Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues;
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure;
• Assist in the implementation of security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team;
• Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution; Proven hands-on network experience; CCNA or higher;
• Familiar with networking fundamentals such as 802.11, VLan and VRFs; Good understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model; Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.

• Cisco family of routers and switches (Catalyst); Juniper family of router, switches and Mist. InfoBlox IPAM, DNS and DHCP. Solarwinds NPM.
