This is an excellent opportunity for current law school students and recent law school graduates who are interested in becoming litigators. You will gain ample experience in a fast-paced personal injury/workers compensation practice and valuable knowledge from three seasoned trial attorneys.

As a Law Clerk at The Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler, LLC you will provide overall support to our Attorneys through all stages of litigation. As we handle a variety of cases, you will be exposed to invaluable knowledge and problem solving skills. While each case will require individualized attention, general responsibilities include, but are not limited to legal research, client interviews & trial preparation, drafting & editing legal documents (complaints, motions, briefs, & discovery), filing Pleadings in District/Circuit Courts, requesting /organizing/ summarizing medical records.

Business Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
