High Street Capital is a commercial mortgage brokerage firm that specializes in debt and equity placement for Retail, Office, Industrial and Multi‑Family Properties across the US. Our unique relationships with Credit Unions, local and national banks, CMBS lenders, and life companies allow us to help clients secure loans at lower rates and better terms than they can find elsewhere in the market. What you can expect if you are hired Hard Work – This is a career, not a job. The payoff is high and the work is fun. But it takes long hours to become great, and we are looking for great. Calling – Applicants must be comfortable making over 100 cold calls per week, talking with strangers, and dealing with rejection. Training – Our proven training program prepares newer team members for a career in commercial real estate loan originations that maximizes potential and supports growth. The training is thorough and includes discussion, online work, role‑playing and analysis. Mentorship – Individual one‑to‑one coaching with High Street Capital senior leadership to transfer knowledge and accelerate ramp‑up time. Support – Loan originators have access to a support team of financial analysts, transaction coordinators, marketing professionals and seasoned leadership.
