High Street Capital is a commercial mortgage brokerage firm that specializes in debt and equity placement for Retail, Office, Industrial and Multi‑Family Properties across the US. Calling – Applicants must be comfortable making over 100 cold calls per week, talking with strangers, and dealing with rejection. Training – Our proven training program prepares newer team members for a career in commercial real estate loan originations that maximizes potential and supports growth. The training is thorough and includes discussion, online work, role‑playing and analysis. Mentorship – Individual one‑to‑one coaching with High Street Capital senior leadership to transfer knowledge and accelerate ramp‑up time. Support – Loan originators have access to a support team of financial analysts, transaction coordinators, marketing professionals and seasoned leadership.
