Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Painter to join their team. As a Painter, you will be part of the Manufacturing team supporting various production initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Painter

Location: Imperial, PA

Pay Range: $19.20/hr

What's the Job?

• Paint large steel parts with high pressure paint guns.
• Properly maintain all painting equipment.
• Create and implement the best painting technique for the dock leveler application.
• Be an active member on the launch team implementing the painting, welding, and assembly processes.
• Accountable for every aspect of your work and verify that the painting process meets all requirements.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing processes.
• Ability to comprehend blueprints, schematics, and work specifications.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds or more.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S methodologies.
