About The Job Reporting to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, the Paralegal provides support to the organization’s Legal Department in furtherance of the organization’s cultural, educational, and civic mission. The Paralegal will primarily support all attorneys of the Legal Department and assist in legal operations. In doing so, the Paralegal will also interact with colleagues across all departments and other community members to meet the diversified legal needs of a complex, multi-faceted organization, and drive our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, systematic and analytical thinker, proactive team player, and resourceful problem solver, with excellent organizational skills, superb judgment, common sense, outstanding writing and communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities in a timely manner, the ability to work efficiently and meticulously in a fast-paced environment, and a desire to learn.
