Screening Security Officer (Warehouse Setting) – DHL Express CVG2 This position is part of Andy Frain Services’ security team and is responsible for screening cargo and maintaining a safe environment at the warehouse. Summary TSA‑Regulated and not accessible by public transportation. Candidates must have reliable transportation. The officer demonstrates Andy Frain Services core values, maintains 100% compliance with cargo screening training, and supports security and safety of client property and personnel. Responsibilities Greet all visitors, vendors, and employees and maintain presentation and professionalism standards. Screen cargo following TSA guidelines, including Physical Inspection, X‑Ray, and other electronic equipment. Guard and patrol property, monitor system response, orient and monitor personnel in high‑risk areas, and investigate accidents and criminal acts. Process reports for the Security Supervisor and/or Director of Security, identifying areas of concern in weekly and daily reports. Maintain knowledge of emergency policies, respond immediately to alarms or calls for help, notify authorities, and assist as needed. Develop and recommend new procedures and approaches to safety and loss prevention based on incident reports, accidents, and other information. Proactively obtain information regarding post orders, revisions, daily event needs (e.g., parking list, access changes). Implement security/safety improvements that benefit company assets, visitors, tenants, and employees as directed. Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned.
