Part Time Piano Teacher - Beginner to Advanced

Farmhouse Music Studio – Lakeville, MN
Hourly W-2 | Up to $40/hour | Paid Training | Consistent Schedule

We’re growing and looking for an enthusiastic piano teacher to join our creative, encouraging team! If you love music, enjoy working with kids and adults, and want to teach in a joyful, community-focused environment—this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Teach piano classes of up to 5 students per class for beginners and advanced beginners using a structured, engaging curriculum with tech-supported lessons
• Teach private lessons to advanced students and adults
• Teach semi-private lessons to intermediate students - you customize the music choices for the students
• Build relationships with students and support their growth
• Teach 2-5 days per week in the afternoons/evenings, or Saturdays
• Attend training and staff meetings as scheduled

Schedule

• Thursdays 5-7 pm for advanced beginner and intermediate classes.
• Thursdays 7-9 pm for private evening lessons for adults and advanced students.
• Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and/or Saturdays for private advanced piano lessons, and intermediate semi-private lessons. You can choose to start with one, two, or all 4 days.

Pay

• $25/hour during training. approx. 4 weeks.
• $35/hour after successful completion of training - probationary teacher.
• $40/hour after probationary period - fully trained teacher. 6+ months.
• Increased pay through leadership, performance, and longevity
