ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Charlene Bozovich Agency is seeking an organized and efficient specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. As the receptionist and valued team member within our agency, your attention to detail, and dedication to client relations equip you for this versatile position. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use effective communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service
• Office and Sales experience preferred (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License & a Life/Health License
• Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Compensation: $31,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Canonsburg.
• Our office is open 9 - 5 Monday - Friday .
• I have been a State Farm agent since 1985.
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
