We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for Dominion Payroll and an affiliated HCM organization within our partner network.

This role will manage recruitment across multiple locations and business lines, supporting positions primarily in operations, sales, and other client-facing roles. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills with a modern, data-driven recruiting approach and a working knowledge of AI tools and technology integration in the hiring process.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across Dominion Payroll and a sister HCM organization, from intake and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and deliver tailored recruitment strategies that align with organizational growth goals.
  • Utilize AI-powered recruiting platforms and sourcing automation tools to enhance candidate identification, outreach, and engagement.
  • Analyze recruiting data (time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality of hire) to inform decision-making and optimize hiring processes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales and operations roles across multiple markets.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience that reflects the brand and culture of Dominion Payroll and our partner organization.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to execute employer branding and digital recruiting campaigns using technology and social platforms.
  • Maintain compliance with all employment laws, data privacy, and AI transparency standards.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience recruiting for sales and operations roles required; experience with SaaS or technology-enabled organizations strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage recruiting workflows across multiple business entities or client organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI recruiting technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, HireEZ, Eightfold, or comparable tools).
  • Strong understanding of data-driven recruiting and an ability to translate metrics into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems, sourcing automation, and professional networking platforms.
