Job Description

Job duties: Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to employees of companies who have enrolled/partnered with Health Coaching. The health coaching is used to help employees reach their health and wellness goals and to lower their insurance premiums. This is a telephonic role. 8 hours/day on the phone. 30 min lunch and 2 15 min breaks. working with members to keep them accountable on health and wellness. Holistic wellness approach. training for 3 week. can't miss during training at all. training is 8am-4:30 or 8:30-5pm. Web Based through MS Teams. while on contract outside of training contractors can only miss 3 days. Must be flexible to work hours/schedule that fall Mon-Fri 7am-8pm. Schedule will be a set schedule and they will get it the 2nd week of training. They will also have to work 1 saturday per month from 8am-4:30pm. When they work that Sat they will have a day off during the week Skills: Health Degree, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Nutrition, Psychology, Health Advising, Health Coaching, Social Work Top Skills Details: Health Degree, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Nutrition, Psychology, Health Advising, Health Coaching, Social Work Additional Skills & Qualifications: Must have a Bachelors Degree in: Exercise Science Health Science, Food & nutrition, Kinesiology, Psychology, Social Work, etc. (NOT healthcare administration) Recent college grads typically do the best here!
