Hybrid Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic inside AND outside Service Salesperson (aggreement sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving outside sales of service and maintenance contracts, and after-sales services to both new and existing clients. The Service Salesperson will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients through exceptional service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: - Actively pursue new HVAC or constuction business opportunities by identifying potential customers and understanding their service needs.
Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
Market and Product Knowledge: - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and changes in technology that could impact service offerings.
Proposal and Contract Management: - Prepare and present detailed service proposals and quotations to clients.
Collaboration and Reporting: - Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
