JOB TITLE : SENIOR CITRIX ENGINEER

DURATION : 6 MONTH CONTRACT

100% REMOTE ROLE

Must haves: Citrix 2016 to 2025 upgrade experience.

Project Overview

Upgrade Citrix servers from Server 2016 to Server 2025

We are requesting vendors to source candidates who have experience upgrading Citrix servers from Windows Server 2016 to Windows Server 2025.

Project-Related Tasks:

• Perform and distribute status reports and project summaries weekly.
• Support infrastructure changes, new server hardware deployments and associated timelines, data center provisioning, etc.
• Support the installation, testing, validation, and migration of legacy line-of-business (LOB) client applications onto the new Server 2025 estate/application/framework/format/operating system (OS).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide design and implementation support for new server/application infrastructure
• Support user migration onto upgrading platform

Required Qualifications

General Technical Skills

• Ability to remotely guide and collaborate with field teams on installations and troubleshooting
• Excellent documentation skills, including network diagrams and standard operating procedures

Specific Technical Skills

• At least 10 Years supporting windows and Citrix server infrastructure
• Data Center Server background and experience
• Experience supporting Citrix user and application migrations

Desired Skills

• Experience working with Data Center Server and Citrix infrastructure
• Familiar with Windows Server 2016/2019/2025
• Experience with Citrix (Infrastructure and application publishing/end user support)
