ABOUT THE CLIENT

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Lead and manage high-rise and multifamily construction projects up to $150M
• Oversee project execution from pre-construction through completion
• Supervise and mentor a small team of PMs, APMs, and Superintendents
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all project phases
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Participate in contract negotiation and change management
• Provide strategic oversight and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or multifamily construction projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and run complex jobs independently
• Experience with high-rise or multifamily developments strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risk effectively
• Willingness to relocate to Charleston, SC (relocation support considered on a case-by-case basis)
