Part-Time/Remote | Flexible Hours Dignotion is looking for a strategic and hands-on SEO Manager to lead organic growth initiatives across a portfolio of websites. This role combines technical SEO expertise, content optimization, and outreach capabilities to drive rankings, traffic, and visibility. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end SEO strategy—from keyword and competitor research to link building, metadata management, and performance reporting. We’re looking for someone with a results-driven mindset who can work independently and thrive in a dynamic digital environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities Manage site architecture, internal linking, metadata, and technical SEO factors Collaborate with content creators to guide SEO-driven content development Nurture relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry influencers for link-building Monitor rankings, conduct SEO audits, and file disavow reports as needed Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog to guide improvements Run and analyze conversion optimization tests (e.g., via Google Optimize) Support content distribution through social media channels when applicable Report regularly on performance metrics and ongoing optimization efforts Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a performance-driven environment Deep understanding of current SEO best practices and algorithm trends Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar Experience with content planning, creation workflows, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) Familiarity with HTML, CSS, structured data, and web performance principles Experience with outreach, link-building campaigns, and earned media placements Excellent written and verbal English; strong communicator and self-starter Able to work remotely and manage deadlines independently Bonus Points If You Have: SEO experience in competitive or regulated industries (e.g., iGaming, finance, health) Additional spoken languages Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify) Experience with international SEO and multi-language site structures Benefits Fully remote or hybrid (NYC-based optional) Flexible working hours (preferably within U.S. Eastern Time) Project-based or part-time engagement with autonomy and growth opportunities Chance to work with a senior team across performance-focused digital campaigns #J-18808-Ljbffr Dignotion
