The Senior Commercial Operations Plant Coordinator (Planning/Fulfillment) works with a cross-functional team of Plant Material Managers, Plant Operations, BU Marketing, etc. Pall plants serve a global customer base, and as such, you would be responding to supply chain/ production inquiries from global Com-Ops teams.

This position reports to the Plant Co-Ordinator Manager, Americas, and is part of the Americas Commercial Operations located in Cortland, NY, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Review and align the monthly production schedule with the plant material manager and planner.
• Coordinate and follow up with the plant and report to Commercial Operations on any commercial exceptions.
• Expedites: Customer Service teams raise expedited requests, and the COPC collaborates with the plant and Customer Service to establish an agreed production schedule for expedited products. Provide the Customer Service team with alternative options.
• Enhance communication between Commercial Operations, the plant, and other stakeholders.
• Plant improvements: Participate in productivity and capacity improvement programs, join PSI meetings as the Commercial Operations representative, address lead time reduction and changes, and represent Commercial Operations during production line moves.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Engage in KPI Reporting for Plant Metrics (Monthly Inventory, Revenue, and OTD PSP).and lead Plant Connect Calls in a Global Forum
• Lead continuous improvement projects or initiatives
• Good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
• 5+ years of experience in materials, planning, manufacturing, supply chain or equivalent experience
• Strong Excel Skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Manufacturing Operations
• Supply Chain
• Customer Service

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
