Job Overview MartinPatrick 3 is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Master Tailor to join our team. This full-time position focuses on expert alterations, fittings, and garment construction, delivering the elevated level of service our clients expect. You’ll work closely with clients and store staff to ensure each item meets the highest standards of fit and craftsmanship. We’re looking for someone with a strong tailoring background who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in tailoring and alterations Understanding of safe and proper use of sewing and pressing equipment Ability to perform and complete fittings with precision and care Strong knowledge of fit, style, garment construction, and current trends Ability to clearly communicate with clients and team members in a professional and friendly manner Skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks and managing a timely workload High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative Basic math and written communication skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred Flexible availability based on department and store needs Responsibilities Perform accurate alterations and fittings for a variety of garments Organize, manage, and complete alteration orders on time Educate clients and coworkers on proper fit and tailoring practices Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Provide support across departments as needed Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly wage 401(k) plan + 3% employer contribution Long & short-term disability Life insurance policy Monthly parking stipend ($165) Opportunities for future growth and development Please note: Only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted.
