The Vehicle Services Section exists to ensure compliance with the laws that govern the vehicle titling and registration processes as outlined in the Colorado Revised Statute. This Section provides guidance and training to the state's authorized agents, the public, and other entities involved in the Title and Registration processes. We're hiring a detailed and customer service oriented individual to be our Title Services Clerk in the Vehicle Services Section of the DMV! Use your multitasking abilities to troubleshoot, research and take care of the County and public's questions and requests. Your technology skills will allow for quick and accurate data entry. Primary duties include title auditing, driving record maintenance, and in-office work as needed.
Minimum qualifications include two years of relevant experience in general clerical and/or call center work experience or a combination of related education in business administration, accounting, public administration, political science, and/or relevant experience in general clerical and/or call center work experience equal to two years. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: two plus years working in a complex, high volume Call Center. Employees are in a position of public trust in the performance of their job duties and must operate in a manner that maintains the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and public confidence. To be compliant with the new fleet vehicle policy, Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) will be pulled for review for workers who have an assigned State fleet vehicle, are required to operate a vehicle as part of the position, or utilize a State fleet vehicle as a pool vehicle.
