Job Description & Requirements Pharmacist
Tsaile Indian Health Service
Schedule
• Monday through Friday
• Eight hour shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• One hour lunch break
• Longer hours when patient demand increases
Role
• Perform pharmacist duties and manage patient needs
• Work in the outpatient pharmacy
• Enter and review documentation in the Electronic Health Record
• Maintain accuracy of clinical data and records
• Follow Joint Commission standards
• Follow safety reporting rules under CCHCF Safety Measure Policy
• Submit weekly timesheet and invoice for hours
Requirements
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license
• Resume or CV
• Current certifications
• Proof of experience that meets the Performance Work Statement
• Malpractice details and any board or legal actions, if present
Government staff will not hold interviews.
