Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with Siemens equipment experience and advanced CT certification for night shifts.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a hospital-based Computerized Tomography (CT) department
• Patient population includes both adult and pediatric patients
• Use Siemens CT equipment and perform advanced imaging protocols
• Night shifts, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
• Image management with PACS, EPIC EMR, and IMPAX tools
• Conduct CT procedures, including image acquisition, analysis, and transfer according to department protocols
• Administer oral and IV contrast following safety protocols and required laboratory checks
• Ensure patient identification accuracy, safety, and comfort throughout the procedure
• Maintain accurate documentation and charge entry; correct duplicate orders
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
• Precept and mentor new employees and students as needed
• Candidates must be able to report to the lab for drug screening within 24 hours of commitment

\n \n Requirements\n

• Completion of an accredited program in Radiological Science
• Registered or registry-eligible with the American Registry of Radiological Sciences (ARRT or equivalent); license required if applicable
• Advanced certification in CT required
• Current HCP BLS certification
• Previous experience with Siemens CT systems required
• Must be able to perform multi-planar and 3D reconstruction of images
• Experience with PACS, EMR (EPIC), IMPAX, and patient identification protocols
