\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work Monday through Thursday from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM EST
\n• On-call, callback, and holiday coverage per unit needs
\n• Confirm patient identity and exam verification prior to initiating scans following strict department safety protocols
\n• Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging services
\n• Prepare patients for scans and explain procedures to ensure patient comfort
\n• Insert IVs when necessary for contrast studies
\n• Position patients appropriately, including lifting or moving patients with limited mobility using safe patient handling techniques
\n• Maintain accurate patient documentation in EPIC system
\n• Properly identify images and ensure correct transmission to PACS system upon exam completion
\n• Maintain clean and safe scanning facility environment
\n• Completion of formal training in approved School of Radiologic Technology required
\n• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required
\n• New York State licensure required prior to start date
\n• Two years of experience required
\n• Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
\n• BLS certification from American Heart Association required
\n• Injection certification preferred or willingness to complete during orientation
\n• Knowledge of Philips and Siemens equipment preferred
\n• Six months Siemens scanner experience required
\n• One year Epic experience highly desired
