Job Description:
\nTPH is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate psychiatric care during overnight shifts. This is a travel opportunity for a committed professional with a minimum of 1.5 years of recent psychiatric nursing experience. The assignment is initially set for six weeks, with the potential for renewal based on performance and facility needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality psychiatric nursing care to patients in a structured overnight setting\n\t
• Monitor patient behavior and safety, responding promptly to clinical changes\n\t
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols\n\t
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly\n\t
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans\n\t
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients experiencing mental health crises\n

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of assignment\n\t
• Minimum of 1.5 years of recent psychiatric nursing experience\n\t
• Proven experience working night shifts in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting\n\t
• Strong assessment skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and compassion\n\t
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n
