Nitterhouse Masonry Products, a trusted name in the production of high-quality concrete block, brick, and pavers, is seeking a Trucking Dispatcher to join our team at our Guilford Springs location in Chambersburg, PA.

About the Role

As our Trucking Dispatcher, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll oversee daily trucking activities, coordinate delivery schedules, and ensure products are delivered on time to our customers. This position requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to work closely with delivery drivers, third-party carriers, the yard crew, and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily trucking operations and delivery schedules
• Communicate with drivers, third-party trucking companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Support the yard crew and sales staff to prioritize and fulfill delivery needs
• Monitor deliveries and resolve any scheduling or routing issues that arise
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, schedules, and communications

Requirements

• Previous dispatching or logistics coordination experience (trucking experience preferred)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
