Shift Detail: Monday - Friday. A 6- to 8-week training will be in the Farmington, New Britain, and Hartford offices.

About the Role

As a Urogynecology RN/LPN, you will provide expert nursing care under the guidance of our providers in various clinical settings. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care, ensuring the highest standard of practice.

Your key duties will include:

• Providing office-based nursing care in collaboration with your healthcare team.
• Assessing patients’ physical and psychosocial needs to create effective nursing plans.
• Performing independent nursing actions based on patient assessments.
• Triage telephone calls and initiate swift nursing interventions as required.
• Compassionately assisting patients and their families while maintaining their confidentiality and privacy.

This position primarily covers the Wilton and Milford areas, with a training period in Farmington, New Britain, and Hartford. Future expansion into Stamford may occur. You will also cross-cover Urology patients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Connecticut RN/LPN License required.
• Previous experience in a Medical/Surgical Office preferred.
• Familiarity with medical software is a plus.
