Compensation: $115,000 $150,000 (based on experience)

Description

Were seeking a driven and emotionally intelligent Night Shift Manager to lead our Overstack Department , ensuring that all shelves and inventory are fully replenished and production is supplied for the next days operations.

This position plays a vital role in maintaining a smooth, continuous flow of materials throughout the night shiftsupporting production needs and keeping the facility running efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate combines hands-on operational leadership with the ability to motivate, guide, and communicate effectively with a diverse night team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing, logistics, or production.
• Strong understanding of production processes, workflow, and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams in high-volume operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and leadership presence.
• Sense of urgency and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of approximately 5070 night shift employees.
• Oversee replenishment of all shelves and inventory emptied during the day shift.
• Ensure readiness for next-day production through efficient organization and workflow.
• Monitor production flow, addressing bottlenecks or delays immediately.
• Coordinate closely with day shift management for seamless transitions and handoffs.
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and perform regular safety checks.
• Supervise machinery and equipment functionality, minimizing downtime in collaboration with maintenance teams.
• Track attendance, productivity, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor team members to build accountability, engagement, and growth.
• Resolve personnel issues calmly and fairly, promoting a positive, team-oriented environment.
