Description

We are hiring for a Sales Housing Consultant with the potential to move into a Manager Trainee role. You’ll be trained directly by our owner and leadership team. This is a high-commission, high-reward role ideal for someone with experience in sales , insurance , real estate , or auto sales —or anyone hungry to learn and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers through the home-buying process
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
• Work with lenders to help buyers secure financing
• Close sales using our proven process
• Attend daily sales training to improve skills
• Maintain a clean, professional showroom environment
• Keep CRM and paperwork organized and up to date

• Familiarity with social media is a plus (posting listings, sharing promotions, or engaging with leads online)

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (home sales, insurance, auto, or other large-ticket items)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Must be coachable and open to training
• Willing to work Saturdays
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English)
• Basic comfort with using a computer, phone, and CRM system
